General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We will process your data only on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).  In the following, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via a form on our website or e-mail us, your data – for the purpose of processing the request and for the case of follow-up questions – is stored the legally mandated seven years. We will not share this information without your consent.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using your browser. Cookies do not harm your computer.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.

If you do not want this to happen, you can configure your browser to inform you of the use of cookies and only accept cookies in individual cases.

Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Web Analysis Cookie

Our website uses features of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable how you use the website to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have entered into a corresponding contract with the provider on the subject of order data processing.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised (eg by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only rough localisation is possible.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and § 6 Paragraph 1 item a (consent) and/or b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

The matter that concerns us from the point of view of the GDPR (Legitimate Interest) is the improvement of our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

The anonymised user data is stored for a period of 14 months.

This data is transmitted to a Google server in the United States. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
