Fruit spreads and jams

Selected fruit, granulated sugar, pectin and real lemon juice combined with love result in the popular fruit jams of Tiroler Früchteküche.  Only the best and finest fruits are processed in a tried and tested for decades and continuously further developed process, preserving all the natural fruit aroma.

Fruit syrups 

Unterweger Früchteküche produces from selected fruits with sugar and lemon juice concentrate fine real fruit syrups, which can be diluted in the ratio of 1:7. The high-quality fruit syrups with a fruit content of at least  45 % are available in a
0.5 l retro style bottle. For food service and hotel sector all fruit syrups are bottled in plastic gallons with 5 l and 10 l having a fruit content of of at least 33 %. For the plastic gallons convenient juice dispenser are available. 

Fruit compotes and stewed fruits

Unterweger Früchteküche uses only selected fruit which is cooked in a gentle process for the stewed fruits variations.  Stewed fruits are enjoyed best with Kaiserschmarrn, mixed in a plain yogurt or cottage cheese and also delicious desserts can be created. 

There's no gentler way to treat and preserve fruit like as for the fruit compotes by the Unterweger family.  Selected fruits are sprinkled with a light sugar water and preserved by pasteurisation. The Compote is suitable particularly well as a light dessert, but also for further processing in sweet desserts, pies and cakes.


In addition to the classic jams available in packaging units from 28 g up to 13.5 kg Unterweger Früchteküche offers a wide range of different Specialties such as elderberry aspic, preserved fruit in rum, Honey nuts and rose hip jam, Aronia and red wine jelly. All specialties by Unterweger Früchteküche are produced according to traditional recipes and proven production processes. 


Unterweger Früchteküche offers purest, unadulterated honey for trade as well as for food service  and retail sector. A pure delicious and natural product by bees collected on original meadows and in healthy forests. The result is best taste.
Especially for the food service the blossom honey is also available in convenient single-portion cups of 25 g and in food service containers of 450 g for the jam bar of Tiroler Früchteküche .
