The long-standing cooperation with our Austrian fruit growers enables us to
to offer jams with pure Austrian fruit. The experience
of cooking jams has been available in the East Tyrolean jam-factory for many years
over 3 generations and so, in the middle of the Lienz Dolomites, a selection of local fruit
is gently prepared.
With a fruit content of 60 %, the aroma of the fruit can unfold ideally without
sacrificing the usual sweetness of a classic jam.
